Our Suppliers

At The Tack Room, great food begins long before it reaches the kitchen. It starts with the farmers, growers, makers and producers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability and exceptional flavour.

We work closely with a carefully chosen group of trusted suppliers - many local, all exceptional - who help us create dishes rooted in provenance and seasonality.

Every ingredient we choose has a story worth telling, and we're proud to serve them to you on every plate.

Jennifer and James Brooks, Co-owners and Proprieters

"We've both grown up in farming families, and we haven't strayed from our roots. We're passionate about not only supporting quality producers and growers at both a local and national level. The Tack Room is unique in that provenance, welfare, quality, and the story behind every ingredient will always come before profit."
